Summer Workshops

FOAM ROLLER, SPIKEY BALLS and MORE…14th AUG 10h00 – 11h00
Using different small equipment including spikey balls, roller, magic circle and more which gives tactical feedback, support and adds different challenges through instability.

UPPER BODY 1st AUG 08h45 – 09h45
Focus on opening, stretching and mobilising your upper body and targeting tension and weakness in forearms, wrists and hands. Small hand weights needed less than 1kg. Open to anyone.

LOWER BODY – HIPS, KNEES, ANKLES and FEET 7th AUG 10h00 – 11h00
Focus on mobilising and strengthening hips, knees and ankles, giving you a strong foundation for everyday life and more. Open to anyone.

FLUID SPINE – 8th AUG 08h45 – 09h45 and 15th Aug 08h45 – 09h45
This targets abdominal, back and oblique muscles.  Working the spine through all planes of movement and focusing on strengthening your ‘core’

BREATHING, BALANCE AND POSTURE – 31st JULY 10h00 – 11h00 and 21st AUGUST 10h00 – 11h00
Perfect for unwinding, focusing on two of the fundamentals of Pilates, breathing and alignment. We also work on balance and fall prevention, by strengthening the upper and lower limbs.  Open to anyone

PILATES FOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE 22nd AUG 08h45 – 09h45
A class aimed at those who would like to improve their performance in their chosen sport, be it cycling, running, skiing, golf or dancing, there will be exercises that help you work on specific ranges of movement, in the different sports. Open to anyone
